And although our tools are faster and better than the average human, we can imagine that sometimes you might be completely done with all those tech gadgets.
In that case, you can always go back to basics. You can write press releases yourself and manually select journalists from our database. From questions about our various plans to the operation of our tools or platform, you can always contact our customer service. You can call, email, send a chat message, or schedule a demo. We often respond within an hour. No bots. No waiting lines. Just one of us.
PR Assistance
In line with customer service, we can also provide users with extra assistance in the field of PR. Unfortunately, it’s not feasible to offer this to all our users as a standard, because there are simply too many of you and too few of us! Hence, we engage one of our affiliated PR experts for a fee, who will personally work with you to identify PR opportunities.
Demos
We already briefly mentioned it in the 'Customer Service' section: you can almost always schedule a product demonstration with us. Here, you book half an hour of our co-founder, Timon's, time. In this demo, you can ask all your questions about the platform and also receive personalized advice (at least advice about your organization).
Blogs & Newsletter
The blogs you loyally read every week, including this one, are all written by hand (figuratively, of course). Nowadays, of course, you can plan months in advance with an internet PR calendar and LLM, but what's the fun in that? By brainstorming with the team about what we want to give extra (PR) attention to this week, we keep it relevant and current.
We manually process part of the blog into the newsletter, which is also written every week. You often receive it in your mail on Monday morning, unless it’s a public holiday (because who reads their mail then?).
Platform Development
If you search in this PR academy under the category 'Platform News', you'll see that a lot of new features have been implemented. Now, software is never truly finished. So, we have to manually prioritize this IT development. And precisely through all that personal customer contact, we know exactly where the highest urgency lies. So, as you can see, the human approach pays off!
Deals
Occasionally, we put a deal online, for instance, in honor of the World Cup that started last week. It comes from our creative minds. Even with personal deals, we ensure a tailored approach: for an initiative to research, protect, and grow the rhino population of Botswana, we gladly make our platform available.
Of course, it’s not extremely special that the above matters are handled by humans. That happens in many other companies. But, as mentioned, Presscloud, a Software-as-a-Service, a PR platform with all those AI tools, is quickly seen as a fully automated service. That’s quite a different story!
