In recent times, we've received requests from several existing users, as well as potential users, asking if our services are available in French. It's a logical question, especially since a part of Belgium, where we are very active, is French-speaking. It's easier said than done, as there's a lot more involved than you might initially think.
First, the entire website must be translated into French. There are various great tools for this, but they can result in odd translations. Consider, for example, the translation of the Dutch word "bank" on our billing page, which is translated by translation tools to "canapé" (a sofa), instead of "banque" (a financial institution). So, it took a while before our entire website was ready for French-speaking users. It also means that all articles in the PR Academy will also be available in French from today.
