Presscloud Refund Policy

At Presscloud, we aim to ensure your news story reaches the targeted news outlets within your chosen network. If we are unable to fulfill this commitment, you are entitled to a full refund. We may propose redoing the order, but you always have the option to choose a refund in these instances.

Post-Publication Refund Conditions

If the published content differs from what you provided or approved, we offer free removal and republication. This does not include differences in formatting or placement of images/videos due to individual news site controls.

If your article is not published on at least 200 news sites, you qualify for a full refund as per our Money Back Guarantee.

If your article is not published within 7 days of final approval, Presscloud will attempt to republish it within the next 7 days. Should we still fail to publish it, you are eligible for a full refund.

Other reasons for requesting a refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis, without a guaranteed approval.

Processing Refunds

  • Decision Timeline: Within 24 hours of receiving your refund request.
  • Credit Card Refunds: Reflected in 5-10 business days.
  • PayPal Refunds: Immediately visible in your account once processed. Availability depends on the original payment method.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. We cannot process refunds to different accounts.
