Presscloud Relaunched: One New Interface for Your Entire PR Strategy

Presscloud has a new interface. From a more organized dashboard to uniform pages and buttons: discover how the platform has been redesigned around one complete and intuitive PR workflow.

Presscloud started relatively simple: helping companies send a press release to media. The platform has since become much broader. From personal pitches, smart press lists and media monitoring to a Newsfeed full of PR opportunities and a dedicated environment for agencies.

Ultimately, a new interface was also part of that.

Not simply because we felt like new colors or more modern buttons. The way Presscloud is used has changed, and therefore the way you navigate the platform needed to be re-evaluated.

From Separate Functions to One PR Workflow

When you approach PR structurally, you do more than occasionally send out a press release. You spot opportunities, develop stories, select relevant journalists, send pitches, and then see what those efforts yield.

The entire workflow is now integrated into Presscloud. With the revamped interface, we want to make it much clearer that all these components belong together.

The dashboard is therefore rebuilt from the question: what is the user likely to do next here? Important functions are logically grouped, and information is more quickly accessible. As a result, you spend less time searching and can navigate the platform more intuitively.

The principle is simple: Presscloud should help you do PR, not figure out how the platform works.

Tranquility, Recognition, and Less Distraction

An important change lies in the platform's consistency. Various pages were developed at different moments over the years, resulting in differences in the structure of each component.

In the new interface, we more frequently use the same structure. Think of fixed places for headings, explanations, actions, and important information. Once you've used one page, the next feels faster and more familiar as a result.

We have also deliberately introduced more visual tranquility:

  • pages contain fewer competing actions;

  • buttons have a uniform style and meaning;

  • information is more clearly grouped;

  • important actions are given more emphasis;

  • distracting elements are removed where possible.

This may sound like a collection of small design choices, but it is precisely these details that determine how pleasant software feels in everyday use.

More Than Just a New Look

The new interface mainly reflects what Presscloud has become: one platform with which companies and agencies can organize their entire PR process. From discovering a newsworthy moment to measuring the final publications.

And with that, this renewal is actually a next step in our own development. Adding new functionalities remains important, but just as important is that all these possibilities are easy to find and pleasant to use for the users. So, this new interface is for you!
